酒店位置太偏，出行非常不易，附近没有公交，打车更是困难。前台服务人员态度恶劣，交还身份证的时候是扔出来的。交押金还被告知不能刷卡，只能付现金，不知出于何种目的？非常奇怪。

古典园林，环境优美，前台服务也好，我回上海打电话要传真税单，即可办完。如果去长安大学或全家度假，这里是不错的选择。价格也很相宜。酒店餐厅的陕西饭很地道。
