1首先博利雅酒店牌子都没有，找半天没找到2在携程定的豪华大床房169上边标写35平米，实际呢，20平米都没有。3卫生间头发一大堆，洗澡下水道是堵的4前台服务员态度跟跟姑奶奶一样。
