为什么评价的不好的看不见，什么垃圾酒店，睡一宿就过敏了，前台态度极差，就没住过这么差的酒店，老板雇佣你们真是瞎了眼了

我们跟朋友一家总共四个人来西安旅游，在派酒店钟楼店订了两天房间，因为第一天没有大床房免费给我们升级的精致房，第二天我们换了商务大床房，因为早上去华山走的早，跟前台打招呼晚上回来重新办入住，结果回来，房间的床是两个单人床拼的大床，房间厕所没有灯和热水，更有意思的是连最基本的座机都没有，而且三间房都这样（其中包括别的顾客一间）需要我们打外线沟通，前台小姑娘说话那叫一个硬，前后沟通一个小时打十来个电话，没有解决，我们要求很简单换个硬件设施齐全的就行，前台跟我说没有房间了，然后我亲眼看见别的顾客还可以办入住，那也无所谓，不给我们换给我们退也行，退也不行，反而给我朋友一家和别的顾客换，唯独不给我换，真是岂有此理。别的咱不说，第一天在那住老公就过敏了，我们寻思出来玩图个高兴，谁也别为难谁，虽然最后在我强烈要求下退款了，但是很不痛快，完全差评。。还有奉劝艺龙，下次找商家合作一定要看一下环境和前台人品。。极差
