已经连续住过好几次，这次等着赶高铁，没有在前台办理退房手续，我要求退到微信或支付宝，前台是非要给我现金，我出差才住的酒店，难道这几百块钱还要我再打个飞的去拿吗？真是管理有问题，下次不会再住了
