这是最后一次住假日酒店了！计划到西安游玩后就开始看酒店，因春节在西双版纳入住过洲际酒店对洲际集团印象很好，相信洲际旗下的西安大雁塔假日酒店不会差到哪里去吧！可是我错了～到西安后打车到了酒店，一楼是礼宾部一个可以忽略它存在的设置，进门后没有礼宾指引问候更没有帮忙拿行李，根据后面几天入住的观察，遇到的几个礼宾完全不在工作状态！根据门口的指引牌到五楼前台办理入住。酒店前台告知的房价和我在艺龙上预定担保的房价高出了一大截，我把手机上的订单给前台确认后，前台告知我说房价是他们系统设定的，只能依他们的价格入住，并叫出了可能是主管的一个女人，她还是说只能依他们的系统价入住，于是我联系了艺龙客服。女主管很不耐烦的叫出来了一个级别比她高点的男主管，男主管公司解释说我预定的房价不含服务费，西安的酒店都要单独收服务费和税金～好吧，那和我一起到西安的入住其他酒店的朋友怎么没有服务费和税金？男主管在我报了朋友入住的酒店名后沉默了～之后就是艺龙和酒店沟通过程，沟通未果眼看时间快到凌晨最后我妥协了以酒店房价入住！随后艺龙打电话来说他们主管下班了等第二天白天给我解决此事！入住的15楼，一进房间什么情况？大家看照片吧～

房间不大，设施看着像是快捷酒店，而且外卖送不上，如果是为了安全可以跟本人确认一下不就可以了吗？大厅在5楼，四部电梯，两部到一楼，两部到负二总之不方便
