酒店服务态度超级好，前台杨志雄和张敏服务态度很亲切，办理入住超快，带我们进来的任银梦也很好，一直送我们到房间，帮我们把行李放好，提醒我们注意事项。现在的很多新酒店硬件很好，但是软件（服务）像这么好的很难得。

比预计的好很多，酒店宽敞明亮很干净！前台服务也很好，前台一组的小伙子服务周到客气！看我带孩子，给升级了套房，宽敞舒适！好评

先说优点 大堂看起来挺不错 电梯也很新而且很快 大堂的服务还是很热心的 健身房的阿姨特别特别热情态度非常好 一直问我有没有什么需要
最后还出来送我上电梯 缺点 房间有霉味 每次回来都必须开门开空调透气 冰箱上锁。。 淋雨室在马桶边上 设计不合理
而且一洗澡水就往淋浴格的外面漏 漏得很凶 还有就是没有客用的装东西的小袋子 还有就是 住了四天居然不给换床单 最后一晚提前说了要求换一下
也没换 拖鞋穿湿了需要换也不换 四星是给酒店整体设施和其他良好服务的 房间不咋地 不给换床单让人有点受不了
