还记得入住美丽豪酒店是一次意外！也是一次惊喜！晚上回到西安匆匆订的这家酒店这是第一次的感动！来了之后，酒店周到服务让深受感动，除了前台还放有增值服务框 口罩 火柴必备的都有 入住第二天是我的生日 ，其实每天出游的高兴与疲惫已经让我忘了生日这回事，但是当我回到酒店的时候，房间明显精心布置过，鲜花，红酒，礼品，很是精致，不一会去开房门看见服务员为我送来了蛋糕，长寿面 她为我唱起了生日歌，楼层的客房大姐们听到也过来一起歌唱，这是一件平凡的小事，但是却深深感受到我，后来才知道这些惊喜都是一位叫张茜的管家发现并为我安排的，不经意的细节总会体现酒店人的素养，也感谢这家酒店的老板可以把员工培训的这么优秀，几十年第一次在外地过生日 ，真的很难忘，为大家推荐这家良心酒店！美丽豪酒店！记得一定是会展中心的，谢谢保安，前台和服务员人员～谢谢
