酒店位置离地铁 公交站都比较近 早餐也很好吃 特别是酒店客服经理陈艺琳很贴心 入住的时候给我们准备了茶水毛巾和亲切的问候，离开的时候也是这位美女送的 还给我们准备了小礼物 真的特别温暖 为她点赞

酒店的硬件中规中矩，没有特别出彩的。
服务就呵呵了，早上用餐，没有领位，全凭自己去寻找座位，当然也没人会来问你喝coffee or tea 了。中西式自助早餐，居然没有刀叉，更奇葩的是，酒店居然不提供常温（冰）的全脂牛奶，问了服务员，一脸嫌弃的说，今天没有常温（冰）的全脂牛奶，但我明明看到咖啡机的管子就插在全脂牛奶的包装盒里。另外，我7点去用餐，培根是冷的。
酒店的管理层，你们千万不要说员工是实习生，是新员工，今后会加强培训。建议酒店GM把现任的DOFB开除吧，对下一任的DOFB说上一任离职的原因，我相信我反馈的这个问题一定不会再次发生。
最后提醒大家，不要选靠马路的房间，房号双数，晚上马路上汽车的喇叭声一定会让你印象深刻的。

酒店的服务态度特别好，茶点和早餐都特别贴心。位置也很方便，交通去哪都挺便利。尤其申雅文让我们感觉特别舒服，总体来说是很开心的入住体验。
