大堂和前台工作人员很有礼貌。房间干净整洁，也比较大，布置得很温馨，很舒服，位置非常棒。酒店设施总体上还是可以的。非常非常满意的一次入住体验。

房间大，卫生间、洗漱间和淋浴间都是独立的，洗漱池是两个很方便一家三口入住，被子柔软舒适，房间灯光可多重调节。出行也方便，到钟鼓楼、回民街、东新街夜市全部步行就可以到达，购物就餐都很方便！

定了三晚，第一晚给安排了一间窗户密封的房间，说其他房源会比较吵，带着孩子出行，最终妥协了。然后，因为窗户是密封的，房间很闷，西安的天气又热，中央空调只能制热不能制冷，闷热的不行又要求换房间，还是说剩余房源会比较吵，音响声音会很大，说是送一台冷风机过来，明天给换一间有窗户的客房，结果冷风机声音太大，制冷效果也一般，整一晚在闷热的环境中度过，很是郁闷！第二天起来还得整理行李已经很不爽了，到前台换房卡的时候跟前台说帮忙把房间里的行李箱搬到新换的房间里，前台小姐说让我再上楼把行李箱搬下来放前台，等晚上回来了再自己拉行李去新换的房间。。。酒店价格也不算低，基本的服务意识也没有，虽然最终还是酒店方面给搬的行李，但对于前台，一个酒店的窗口来说，能做出这个第一反应实属让人惊讶。西安，来旅游的，如果还有机会来，不会再考虑这家了。
