酒店很好，老牌五星，虽然设施旧了，但是服务，卫生还是想当不错，推荐入住。交通方便，出门就是地铁口，离西京医院也近，走路10分钟就到了。我们都住好多次了

看见好多差评，犹豫了半天定了酒店，去了以后前台的工作人员看见我带着孩子特意给我了一件大房间，空调好，房间干净，设施齐全，第二天也给打扫了，推荐给大家！

在地铁站边上出行方便。酒店设施比较老旧。作为五星级酒店是应该好好内部装修了，员工素质挺高，热情大方服务周全，大堂帮忙照看行李的大哥给我印象特别好，总体来说和很多星级酒店相比不一样，酒店硬件跟不上软件。
