五一招待朋友来西安玩一天，早早订了七间一天的房，去酒店告知为大床房，与店家沟通，称这个酒店订的标准间是双床房和大床房的统称，根据酒店的情况出房间，但是艺龙当时给酒店发的订单都是大床房，联系艺龙客服半天也无果，五一的房间也紧张，只能住大床房了一直出行都在艺龙订房，这次很失望，不过酒店前台一位姓杨的工作人员服务很好，积极帮我们解决，酒店的位置不错。
