只能说一般般，房间灯光很差，特别黑，空调特别不好，一晚上是被冻醒的，特别冷，直接把我冻感冒，发烧了，我就醉了，不建议老人和孩子入住。

早上5点多下了火车吃早点，真**是要难吃死谁，绝对不是个人口味的原因，还死贵。吃了几口就直接打出租去酒店了，出租车师傅太屌，没法交流，不知道路我们打开导航让他走，结果说我们跟他唱反调，直接把我们对古都那种向往的心情搞得一落千丈，丢脸，给陕西丢脸，给古都丢脸，给习大大丢脸，我只想说这种人就不配跑出租，影响外地游客对西安的好感，可恨的是去酒店没有停在门口，把我们拉进酒店旁边的巷子说到了，因为当时天也没亮，坐车熬一夜太累都没看清就下车了，问了楼下车库一个保安好不容易才找到，真的是够够的，，，到酒店门口后夜班值班人看到我们之后出来接我们进去，才真正感受到被服务，前台帅锅好心为我们提前办了入住，很暖心。客房服务人员也很热情，入住3天很愉快。开心的是大厅的娃娃机很给力啊，破了我第一次抓到娃娃的记录，哈哈。酒店服务五星好评。或许是在首都待久了，心理差异太明显，还是希望西安会更好，人文素质能提升。祝酒店生意兴隆

挺不错的地方，回民街街口，紧挨地铁🚇1号线，房子很大也很舒适，就是设施有点老化不过也算可以了
