非常非常非常非常非常差的酒店！！！这几年住过服务态度最差的酒店，没有之一！！！到店了先说没法开发票，让我找旅行社，我跟携程确认了是可以的。临结账开发票，我专门把开增值税专票的信息打印出来、特意交代抬头别开错，我还那笔标红，两个小时后来取还发票居然是把抬头开错了。
那个前台叫孙梅的服务员一张苦大仇深的二逼脸，还威胁要我叫她微笑服务。这都什么素质？要不是陕西政府办的会议在儿邀请我过来，打死也不会住这里了。
另：本次政府让过来研讨的就是怎么促进陕西经济发展，就这酒单前台的素质和责任心，活该经济落后。
