住了三天，前台接待一张冷冷的脸，整体感觉酒店蛮老的了，达不到五星标准。网站上标注14点退房，前台非要12点就得退，交涉了两次才默许。我觉得前台应该提高服务意识，尤其还有一个类似领班的前台人员，那态度叫一个差。房间卫生还可以。

西安老牌五星酒店，圣诞节前夕入住的，房间设施有点老旧，但是很干净，很整洁！地理位置极其方便，交通门口就是地铁，公交线路发达，出租很好打;王府井和珠江金花，满足了你的购物和饮食需求;榴园地下广场夜晚还可以约个妹子去喝一杯;南门景区和环城公园近在咫尺，晚上更可以去看入城表演。性价比不错！缺点，浴缸那种放在地下的，很低，很小，难道老牌的日本酒店，都是为了照顾日本客人的身高！
