位置很好，离南城墙很近，有停车场，旁边是王府井，吃饭方便。设施有点老旧，订了两间房，一间空调噪音太大影响睡眠，一间卫生间厕所和面盆下水有问题。

酒店真的有点老，应该好好装修一下下了！否则怎么打扫都看起来脏脏的，我相信酒店和打扫阿姨都用心了，但就是有不太干净的感觉！服务还不错，前台感觉一般般，倒是礼宾部的男孩子都特别热心，穿的鞋子磨脚，有给我创可贴，挺细心的！
