几年前住过印象不错，这次再住，感觉很差。撇开酒店老旧不谈。前台接待Vivien点名批评，态度差，连“请”“谢谢”这类的文明用语都不会说，全程冷脸，一边接电话一边办入住，和旁边头发染成橘黄色的男前台配合也不好，男前台没给我们办完入住就去旁边办别人的了，我们干等着，Vivien接着办也不知道在干什么！总之态度很差！
