房间挺大的，设施完善，住的旅行团很多，导致人也很多，人多就会嘈杂，地下停车场，车位很小，附近是西安站，交通便利。

酒店外观高大上，就在火车站的正方向的右手边，离地铁站走路几分钟，但就是房间的空调太差了，完全不制冷的，本来是要住4天的，就是空调不冷只好退了3天选了其它地方住，前台服务可以，我反映了这个问题，就给我升级了一间套房，但我订了是2间啊，我早上去找我父母时进房间完全感觉不到开了空调的温度。毕竟前台有处理了些，所以给个好评吧。
