酒店的前台和行李员还有保洁员，对待工作都很认真，服务态度很好，用心微笑，想为宾客提供优质的服务，为他们点赞！！尤其酒店前台漂亮的小姐姐对宝宝很亲切逗的宝宝很开心，并且对房间升级。
但很可惜这次入住实在是太糟心了…
宝宝坠床了！纳闷，为什么床那么高！！为什么！标的是亲子酒店，据说是有个婴儿床…但是我们也没见到…我还是喜欢宝宝爸爸订的温德姆，不说送了免费的宝宝洗浴用品和小礼物，就是一个床围栏，让人安全省心！！
宝宝大哭，我们赶紧抱去医院检查目前无大碍，医生让后续观察…
这边对宝宝的服务是没有的！对大人的服务也是被动式的，没有欢迎水果，没有开夜床，入住后就是无人问津…没有告知餐厅…早上打电话问…说在一楼…拜托，我定的是行政的…结果带着娃在一楼和团队抢座位拼桌吃早餐…味道就不提了…本打算中午去试试自助餐…也明智的放弃了…草草的结束了盛美利亚之旅
