入住时服务态度特别好，还帮我们换房间，但是晚上执勤的那个服务态度很不好，而且房间太冷了！！！11月份竟然没有暖空调，冻得都抽筋了。而且房间有异味。

刚住进去网线就坏了，还好有人马上解决了。价钱稍贵，位置一般。国庆能住上还算可以吧。

除了位置以外实在没有什么可取之处，地毯很脏，窗户竟然还是老式的钢窗，隔音效果很差，烧水壶都是坏的，电视机小的要命，床睡起来也不舒服，下次不会再住

在艺龙网上订的 该店的地理位置很不错 从火车站有好几路公交车直接到酒店的楼下 因为楼下就是公交站点 酒店的房间分阳面和阴面 阳面的房间全部可以看到城墙 因为酒店就在城墙的对面 晚上看起来很是漂亮 这里去钟楼和鼓楼四站地 非常近 去大唐芙蓉园 大雁塔和小雁塔都有直达的公交 交通很是方便 在酒店旁边的一条街 有很多小店 有王恒肉夹馍 走远一点 有家24小时的湖南米粉 好吃的不得了

位置很不错，很方便，性价比还是比较高，就有一点点遗憾，不是每间客房都有电脑的，查资料很不方便，出去玩总不能背着本本吧，汗，，，总的说，还不错，顶下！！！
