酒店环境不错，地理位置也不错，但是网上信息与实际情况不符，网上标注含双早，到店后被告知不含早餐，实在不太好，我认为在更新信息之前客人看到的的就应该承诺给客人。因为客人并没有错。

十一房间紧，住的是“大酒店”小单间，想不到大酒店会有这样的小单间，总体还可以，就是小单间的被子也太小了，卫生间也很小，胖一点的会不方便，周围服务设施太少，对面是城墙，夜晚看城墙感觉很好。

酒店位置不错，交通很方便；只是有点儿老，附近吃饭的地方不多，酒店又不提供餐饮服务；服务还不错。总的来说还算是不错的了。

这家酒店很不错，房间很干净，很安静，休息的很好，房间是中央空调，温度很舒服，空气也很好。服务员热情程度一般，但是还好啦，反正也就入住和结帐时有接触。地理位置也不错，虽然离钟鼓楼相对较远，走大概15分钟吧，但是实际上门口就有很多公交车能直接到大雁塔，小雁塔和历史博物馆等。最主要的是附近有很多小吃店超级好吃，嘻嘻，下次来西安还要住在这里，超级喜欢！！！

酒店服务人员态度不错，礼貌温和，早餐截止时间到10点，对于睡得晚的人比较划算，早餐说不上太丰盛，但口味还过得去。酒店内部装饰实在很一般，蚊虫还不少。结帐的时候，签字拿余款和发票走人，过后发现发票少了100元（这个店的发票是手撕发票），让我很郁闷，太相信店家不检查只好自认倒霉，可店家不认真太不该，不知是有意还是无意。提醒自己下次注意。

总体还不错吧，安静，楼下是南城墙。交通还算方便，坐公交3站到钟楼。就是周围商业设施少，不象城里。
