1、酒店地下停车场是要收费的！晚上11点多入住上午离店收停车费48元！据前台的人讲我们酒店地库车位不属于我们酒店...
2、房间Wi-Fi是要收费的，在登记房间时已被告知，问及原因答曰“我们是著名美国企业”！
3、离店办查房手续是要等的、四五个客人排队你等个20分钟很正常，只有两个柜台接待！我试图直接将房卡放置前台走人遭到工作人员极其不悦的拒绝！
总结，很差的住店体验。西安这样的五星级性价比极低！
