很差的一次入住体验，首先酒店的硬件方面完全不符合希尔顿五星的标准；服务方面也很差，这次出门带了几个小朋友，晚上到游泳池游泳，问了三个工作人员，每一个告诉我们的游泳馆结束时间都不一样，而且游泳馆里面没有做防滑处理，连最基本的防滑垫也没有铺，并且整个游泳池也没有安排工作人员在场提示客人地面湿滑，也没有明显的标识提醒，，后来我们一行的一个小朋友在泳池滑倒了，当时游泳馆的工作人员全部站在前台看，没有一个走过来询问，感觉服务简直太差；下次再到西安不会选择这家酒店入住。

入住时备注了高楼层，不靠电梯，安静房间，前台升级给了02号房，还比较安静，前台妹子叫王鑫，服务不错。早餐厅，没有人带台，比较噶，不知道餐桌有没有人用餐，只有拿餐了看一阵才确定，早餐厅的服务要提升！

朋友来西安游玩，选择了离家近的酒店入住。酒店经理王晨很热心，在入住后详细询问入住感受、各方面都照顾的很好，像朋友一样关怀，让人有宾至如归的感觉。
酒店整体感受舒适，位置晚上较安静，不嘈杂。
