房间干净，性价比高，只是离景点较远，不过喜欢安静的话还是不错的，我们连住了三天，第二天打扫客房的阿姨知道我们带了小朋友，专门在我房间留了儿童拖鞋和牙刷，特别暖心❤

10月3日入住，4日凌晨点的外卖，前台当班人员不让外卖小哥进来，说酒店规定不让送卖外进来，让我自己下楼去拿，我就想问，第一，你酒店规定啥就是啥吗？你是服务行业，不管你处于什么酒店形象考虑还是安全考虑，住店的时候你说了没？即使你不让进来，有很多解决方法，你是不是可以安排自己人送上来，外卖费用我已经掏了，你凭什么不让进来，不让进来你是不是想办法让客人满意？结果外卖在楼下放了一晚上，作为服务员，你心安理得？？第二，你这种酒店服务态度，一晚上700对得起这点钱吗？入住的时候前台办理手续，连个笑脸都没有，这种服务员为什么不开除？第三，我只想说，你们酒店是这个服务员自己的问题还是酒店其他员工也就这种服务？第四，外卖没多钱，我也不计较，我是觉得这个酒店为什么会有这种服务员，我强烈建议你们开除这种人，影响酒店形象。你们要是找不到这个人，可以随时打电话给我，一切解释权归我。我希望酒店给我一个应有的态度，气的我吐血。现在外卖还在你酒店前台。一晚上连个电话都没有！！！！！
