习惯好评，老宾馆，床垫都塌下去了，到宾馆说原来定的标间都没有，原因是客人多，又给调的三人间，从艺龙订房，调房，换房，到店折腾了几遍，服务员很精明，知道理亏，说什么也不搭理，只是抱歉。艺龙是专门搞酒店的，应该服务更规范。我正是相信了这一点，才在艺龙定的，既然酒店确认房间了，就不应该换来换去的，希望你们改进服务，给我个合理解释，我订5间房，一个标间没有，都是三人间，换你们怎么想
