服务很好，很满意，有个服务员好像叫尚红霞，态度很好。这次来西安带了两个小孩，住宿什么的都很顺利。以后还会选择这里。

房间老旧了，不过住着还算安静。周边吃东西也挺方便。有温泉泳池，洗澡也是温泉水。

很好啊，价格便宜，房间整洁又干净，格局也很好。而且是唯一一家温泉酒店，离城墙只有十分钟路程，离回民街有20分钟路程，都是步行就可以了。停车位就在酒店后面，很方便

前台接待热情、认真、工作流程顺畅！下午18点左右巧遇短暂停电、停热水。询问前台知道情况后分别即时回电，很好、细节入微暖人心。商务标B间稍小、设施略旧，床铺干净、卫生间无水渍、来的热水是略微有硫磺味儿的地下水。建议该酒店要装修升级呀！
