房间压抑，床品旧，洗漱用品低级，不及快捷，和火车站附近招待所差不多一个等级……没有什么礼宾服务，没有人问好，没酒店位于城墙外，近南门，设施老旧暗沉，服务跃等于没有，除了入住前台有个收钱的，退房有个查房的，其他时候见不到任何服务，顶的行政房，到了说升级很好好的景物房，结果进去窗户小，房间低，浴室不下水，竟然没有手持花洒，有人理你，整个大堂呵呵糊糊的，就是很不好，建议在西安住任何一家锦江之星快捷酒店都比这里好，什么5星，4星，服务简直0星都不及
