服务真的非常到位，因为临时有事我先离开了西安，老婆一个人带两个孩子，在建国饭店得到了非常好的服务与支持。尤其是客房部的左燕妮帮忙找手机并安排寄送，来来回回几次协调；礼宾部郭军，帮忙寄送行李，反复确认保证客人的物品安全；真的非常感谢！很棒的服务体验！
