总体不错，刚到酒店的时候，礼宾员主动帮我看门拿行李，前台徐女士办入住速度挺快，来着很不错的一次体验，不知道下次换能不能在见到小徐，很喜欢她

西安一向都是给人很温馨的感觉，我跟孩子来到建国也是，前台小曲办入住的时候不单单给我介绍地方特色，还给我家孩子送小熊，一晚上孩子都高兴的不得了，说要谢谢大哥哥

以前带小孩旅游也住在这里，园林式酒店，老牌的五星级酒店，设施有点老，总体来看还不错，可能因为位置好，团队较多，服务质量就跟不上了，游泳池不大
