前台接待非常奇芭，一办手续，开始就要求你把手机给她，忙着在你手机下载锦江之星的软件，还只是她那个店订房用的，其他的什么都没热情做，我在携程上订的含早餐，她给了不含早的卡我，我再次跟她说，她才去确认，真是本职工作都不做好，就只关心下载软件。

设施真的很差劲、陈旧，浴室门都没有，不过床上还是挺干净的，我那间房透过窗户就可以看到城楼，晚上还是不错！

打开窗户就是古城墙，设施还可以，不过洗澡沐浴露那个架子有点松，里面还有污垢，晚上睡觉还有蚊子，特凶，被咬醒了_(:з」∠)_，不过总体体验还是可以的，前台服务还是比较到位的，有机会再来西安还是会再预定的。
