这家酒店挺有意的，他们的前台高在5楼，这样觉得有时不是太方便，刚到门口时觉得门面不是很大，到5楼前台后呢觉得还不错，当时住的商务套间B820元的，在西安来说这个价格是偏高的

酒店比我想的要好,我们带着孩子去的还能给孩子准备一双儿童拖鞋服务很温馨,酒店的大堂在5楼很漂亮.

此酒店服务实在比较差，到酒店时连个礼宾或行礼员都没有，当时还真以为到了黑店呢，且设施实在太一般，竟然没有暖气，白白冻了一晚。整体感觉很差，都搞不懂这个酒店的五星是如何拿到的，看起来也最多只能算个三星。一早起来便马上换到了香格里拉，两个酒店的差距确实是太大了。
