酒店位于西北政法大学南校区对面，骑车15分钟左右到地铁2号线入口。整体感觉比较好，房间卫生、设施都还不错。装修应该有几年了，不是太新。性价比一般，略嫌贵！

前台服务特别差，以前入住不需要押金，这次非让交押金，进入房间居然显示11度，室外温度9度，空调开了两天温度上升到21度，叫来修理工看了以后说的就这样，没办法，总之服务差到影响到了入住，服务态度需要加强！

很好的酒店，可总台管理者能力有限，让人家服务员受委屈啦！我订的这个房型，🉑️管理者硬说我订单已经被取消了。我把手机APP网订信息给他看后闹得不愉快才给我安排了这个房型。闹心！

总台服务太差，硬是把我已经取消的标准间房型说是我要的房间，而我预订的单间房型非说我已经取消了。我把我的手机APP订单编号截图发服务员看了还不解决,让我很是不爽。住了无数次酒店，第一次遇到这么无理地总台服务人员。在我一再坚持下，酒店还是安排了我预订的房间。
