房间没有网络，这是最让人难以接受的，这个年代还停留在上个世纪的条件真不应该。地理位置比较优越，出门就有地铁口，离城墙西门近，酒店的服务一般，前台服务人员有一副高高在上的骄傲，也可能是由于节假日时期太繁忙的缘故，如果房间没有网络，下次不会去住。

酒店交通很方便，2号线于祥门站出来就到，旁边还有个美食城。里面各种点心很多，用餐比较方便，客房服务，卫生都还可以。唯一不足之处就是客房没有网络。

我通过艺龙预订了9月30至10月2号的房间。1号当天决定前往并入住华山那边的酒店，打电话请求撤掉加床撤消加床费，得到前台张姓女员工的确认同意。结果我3号下午退房时却被告知前台没有相关记录，我们急着赶路只好无奈结清全款。回家后通过电话和他们沟通，好不容易联系上了余姓经理，可她也不是要承担责任解决问题的，先是各种否认，再而是找到层出不穷的理由推卸责任！另外，该酒店从前厅到客房人员总体服务态度都比较差！
