住了3晚，感受颇深；硬件不错：客房的面积很大，内饰也很较好，周边环境很好；软件太差，与定位相差深远：早餐内容简单，数量较少，服务也很呆板，服务期间相互推卸；酒店游泳池规定可笑：在池边陪同孩子游泳的大人，必须得穿泳衣，服务人员态度强硬，与客人争论，一味强调店贵，忽视客人的需求；池水很混着，池中很脏。希望酒店的高管人员能够重视与加强对员工服务意识的培养，真正做到5星酒店该具备的水准。

入住高尔夫内套房，价格合理，物有所值。酒店距离市中心距离比较远，位于北二环以外，但自驾车交通方便。门口就有公交车站，不过我没有坐过，不太清楚路线是否合理。
附近各种饭店、便利店、大商场很多，不过是在另外一条平行的街上，所以，如果没有自驾车，路途不算很近。
晚上休息很安静，空气清新，设施高档，卧床舒适，非常人性化，停车场服务完备。
酒店早餐价格偏贵。
