订了3间房，1间第一天没热水，1间第二天没电，提前一个月订了房去了说暂时还没有，3间房要分3个楼层，后来总算调好了，前台服务员一直换，换完不交接清楚，每次都搞不清状况。在附近出去吃早餐同行的人手机被偷了，从此西安一生黑。。

整体环境非常好，服务也特别热心，房间还有跑步机，唯一感到遗憾的就是我当时的房间浴室排水不利，马桶顶上有上层漏水痕迹，都漏烂楼顶了！
