差评，绝对差评，要求换房间，说房费已扣，如需换房就要重新开房！还五星级酒店，订单确认慢，没有24小时，环境还差，室内设计更差，你厕所间为啥还装一个洗聊盆？我确认订房用了半个多小时，进来带了10分钟，现在立马退房走人！

先说好的：前台员工都很热情的打招呼，因为住过很多次，和前台员工也比较熟悉，办理很快，每次去大堂经理陈晨都会一路从前台送到房间。酒店的早餐品种多，补餐快，味道也不错。周边办公方便。
第二：为什么餐饮不能开住宿费
为什么住宿不能开餐饮费
这个酒店财务未免也太low了，现在西安哪个酒店不能这么开，简直管理有问题，已经入住很多次，本不想为了这种事投诉，但是太不专业了，什么叫酒店规定，店大欺客是吧。
