父母去西安旅游，酒店离大唐芙蓉园特别近，所以才住的。我给父母定的房型是36平方米的标准单人间，结果酒店擅自给更换了30平方米的标准间。更换的房型比原定的便宜，也没有退钱。
退房的时候酒店开始不给退押金，经过我父母提醒才把押金给退了。人都快要走出酒店了，又被服务员叫回去说房间丢了一把伞，我父母入住的时候根本没见过房间有伞，酒店非要赔偿，不赔偿还不让走。态度极其恶劣，光天化日之下，大厅里人来人往，我父母从未受过如此羞辱，后来我父母报警处理。警察来了批评了酒店服务，然后酒店经理才出面道歉。这次入住体验特别差，超级影响心情，走过全国这么多城市还没见过这么恶心的酒店。芙蓉坊酒店就是一家黑店，冤枉顾客。希望有关部门要出面整治，这样的酒店服务给西安国际旅游形象抹黑，绝对影响游客对西安的友好印象。

就在大唐芙蓉园西门，距离大雁塔步行也就十五分钟。房间很干净，走廊有唐代仕女像，一楼是自助餐厅，很好。
