可以给四星半的好评了，首先，火车站很近，酒店门口就是地铁，进了酒店大厅就香味，服务人员很有礼貌，入住速度和退房速度都很快，为啥给还有半颗星没有给，就是因为洗衣房，你没有到算了，有了那肯定要用的呀，酒店自助洗衣，有两台机子，但是是洗衣和烘干各一台，我一直等别人洗完再洗，最后洗完都快夜里两点了，后来第二天和前台接待人员说，人家也很客气，还给我送到地铁口，楞是没有穿袜子穿个单鞋冷缩缩陪我在寒风中等我盆友车来等了15分钟，那人家都这样了，再不满意都满意了呀！但事实还是实事，该说还是要说的，要是你没有洗衣服这个需求。那这个酒店妥妥的5分，还是不错的！

第一次来西安，酒店服务真是太好了！真心是一点挑不出毛病！有接机，入住退房有小礼物，房间环境安静而且干净，外卖还不用我自己下楼去取，离开还有人帮我送上车… 真心是太满意的入住了！ 不错，下次来还会住这里

一进门就特别温馨，前台服务到了两杯热水，累了一天瞬间就好很多。位置也方便。房间干净温馨特别棒。主要是前台小帅哥服务特别好，名字叫万旭万旭万旭万旭万旭。
