服务漏洞太多，提前四五天订了两间标间，而且电话里也沟通过了，但到店都安排不了稍微两间靠近一点的标间，工作好像也没有交接，他们一换班，你都会跟吧台或管理人员把事情从新再说一遍，客人有了投诉就是客气的解释，找无数个理由，让顾客都不好意思再说下去。但不会去想如何提前安排好，怎样解决问题。硬件设施方面房间的强化地板鼓起来了，热水忽冷忽热。唯一亮点就是会给客人送水果到房间，综合评定该酒店跟其收费不匹配，跟同类型酒店很失望。

因为腰不好，想睡硬的床。所以当初在选酒店时就专门选有榻榻米房间的酒店，选了好久，结合酒店位置 交通 餐饮 价位等，最终选了美豪丽致长乐公园店。现在住下来感觉还是不错的，酒店的服务没话说 让人感觉特别舒服。房间有大电视可以看各种电影，早餐也不错 满丰盛，最主要孩子的早餐酒店给免费了，这点非常不错。酒店交通便利，楼下就是3号线长乐公园站，去大雁塔 赛格 钟楼 回民街 永兴坊 陕博等都在半小时内。还有一点酒店有无限矿泉水可以拿 这对在天气炎热的西安旅游来说也非常好的，酒店每天有送各种水果和甜羹，非常贴心。这次旅游感受到了古都历史文化底蕴的同时也感受到了美豪丽致酒店的企业文化。以后如有机会再临西安还是会义无反顾的选择美豪丽致长乐公园店。
