服务人员热情，天气冷一进门就送上一杯热茶，顿时身体和心都暖暖的。酒店位置优越，出门右拐就是地铁三号线长乐公园站。

从来没有点评过，这次还没退房就忍不住来评价了！因为服务真的太好了！入住的这几天真的体会到了家的感觉，哪哪都让人舒心，大厅的点心是孩子的最爱！不管是酒店设施还是服务真的无可挑剔，如果以后有机会来西安我会毫不犹豫的选择再次入住美豪的！只能说谁住谁知道！！如果有为了选择酒店而犹豫不决的我向你极力推荐美豪，真的不会让你失望！

出差过来住 进入大堂就有客服管家钱小英过来帮忙提拿行李 倒红枣姜茶 非常暖心 贴心 到房间帮忙称拖鞋 烧热水 太好了吧

门口地铁站一分钟，交通很方便；服务态度也很好，都会问好也挺热情，房间居然配备儿童枕头和小被子，非常可爱，忘记拍照了；楼层会提供无限量矿泉水，晚间会送牛奶和饼干；早餐也很丰富……总体感觉不错！

带着孩子老人一家入驻酒店，之前攻略了很久，看到评论后还是选择了性价比高一些的美豪丽致，酒店非常干净，早餐也很丰富，适合我们北方的口味还有当地美食，门口设有水果区和矿泉水区域，随便什么时间都摆放很丰富，最要我们惊喜的是前台经理朱进，给孩子照相几次都因为光线原因没有拍好，在我们离店的最后一天，还是主动联系我们并为我们拍摄了全家福，并顺丰邮寄给我们，非常感谢！入住非常愉快，如果再次来西安还会选择这家美豪！
