旅店周边环境特别好，有很大的院子，豪华双人房房间内也很宽敞，适合家庭亲子，前台服务态度好，服务周到，特别是贺德清和王露，我们续订一天忘记了跟前台打招呼，他们帮我们直接转了，非常感谢。酒店24小时的送餐服务很好，我们早起晚归的不用担心吃饭问题，一位女服务生特意为我们送一双筷子，又从另一幢楼送过来，感谢。总之，下次来西安还会选择这里的。

环境优美，干净整洁。价位不高，泳池是隔壁索菲特的，但为什么不能把床和空调很好的调试好呢，枕头松陷度太高，空调一直不够调控到不让人流鼻涕起鸡皮疙瘩的程度。
