先说酒店第一印象，地理位置不错，闹中取静，紧邻省政府，骑自行车去钟楼就10分钟，门口公交也很多，离2号线五路口骑行10分钟，酒店在人民大厦一个古香古色的大院里，很幽静，房间虽然不大但是干净整洁，特别要表扬的是给我们打扫卫生的阿姨，入住酒店后洗的衣服晾的地方比较少，出门第二天回酒店发现保洁阿姨主动的帮我们在厕所拉了一根晾衣线，这种主动服务的态度在国内很多五星级酒店我都没见过，每天回酒店卫生打扫的也特别干净，早上急匆匆出门的睡衣也帮你叠好了，感觉很温馨，这家酒店是此次西安之行最好的选择，回上海后一定向朋友大力推荐

人民大厦是老牌酒店，里面好几个品牌，美居设施有点老房间也不大。但是位置非常好，服务也不错。

可以免费停车，有游泳池，适合孩子，给升级了家庭套房有浴缸但是淋浴反而很不方便
