设施陈旧，房间有霉味，前台服务不好，艺龙预定后，提前打电话说堵车晚到，说有房间，到了说只有大床房和家庭房，是要和艺龙扯皮吗？因为堵车太累了，只能将就入住

性价比还是不错的，24小时热水，暖气也比较热，房间比较宽敞，还有电脑和宽带，电视频道也很多。不足之处就是地毯比较旧，电脑配置不高，门锁还有问题（不好开），厕所有点味道大。但服务态度还不错，总体来说还是值得推荐的。
