非常糟糕，房间臭味严重且无法退房。没有热水无法洗澡。没有空调，总台说15日才开始供暖。送了一个电取暖器，开关是坏的，无法使用。在二环高架边上，非常吵。地毯很脏。床凹凸不平。不知道艺龙怎么推荐这样的酒店。

整体挺好的，客房服务大姐很热心，赠送的双早味道可以，花样也算丰富！房间比较温馨，唯一有点遗憾的是卫生间水盆的龙头不是很好用，老是往台面上漏水，然后滴到地上，弄的比较湿滑！wifi是每层一个单独用户名和密码，信号还可以，比较方便！
