该酒店位于西安火车站附近的万达广场，骑车步行10分钟即到，且距离机场大巴点很近，走路10分钟即可到达陇海酒店机场线；酒店房间里的设施齐全，看上去也比较干净整洁。再来说说不足：雅致房间有的有窗有的无窗，我住的窗户靠走廊，晚上只要有人过就非常影响睡眠，并且有无窗价格竟然一样，这有点不合理吧！其次，打扫卫生的阿姨人很好，房间也给收拾的很整洁，但就是不给换拖鞋，一双拖鞋穿了四天了……最后在要求下阿姨给换了，再吐槽一点的是48元早饭吃了五天，一个不换样儿的，确实吃腻了，每天都是这些菜，具体有图为证。所以，虽然商家说是未挂牌的四星，但整体给三星吧！目的无它，唯更完善

出差选择这个酒店，边上是万达，吃饭比较方便；就是早上很多人上班，酒店没有专用电梯，要排队很长；酒店又不提前给早餐券，美其名曰怕客人掉了，但是早上下来哪，再排队15分钟去吃早饭，太浪费时间了。早餐不咋地，每天几乎没有变化，也就将就了。

很满意呀，带着孩子和老人过来过小长假，房间宽敞，干净，住着舒服满意，唯一可提的建议是客房能多配点备用的被子可好，以后还会过来住。
