不知道是亚朵撤了牌，还是即将加盟亚朵，前台还有亚朵的LOGO，服务只能说还能说得过去，行李非常多，没有人帮拿，前台指了指旁边的行李车，说只能自己拿上去，无奈，只能自己拖一堆行李上去。我们订了两间，想要安排同一楼层，没安排上，给升级了一间房，房间傻大傻大的，一个姑娘家住还真有点怕怕。。。地板有很多开裂的，洗手间涉及也稍有问题，洗手台跟马桶距离太近，感觉坐在马桶上下巴下面就是水池子了。空调非常足，WIFI也还比较快，离着西安火车站比较近，旁边有个万达还有几个商场，吃饭什么的也还比较方便，总体来说还算满意吧。。。

服务态度：
前台服务态度很好，会咨询你对房间的要求再安排，第一天不满意，第二天还可以换房间，你出去玩，前台给你预留好房间。
设施：
满足基本要求，一次性拖鞋，洗漱用品，空调，吹风机都有。
环境卫生：
很不错，看起来很干净，但是电视不能回看，不满意这个……
位置：
距离美食街永兴坊很近，走路过去10分钟左右。
去兵马俑的话，门口骑个小黄车或摩拜单车，向后直行10分钟左右到火车站，再坐游五去，很方便。
友情提醒：不要坐其他拉客的大巴，不要坐，虽然说是官方的，但我等了半个小时才出发，而且路途中看见游五超车了（注意高德地图游五到达时间错误，游五也是走高速），中途开始各种项目收费。注意，如果你刚发现，请记得及时更改，到了华清宫直接离队，退回城车费，不然后面有你后悔的：各种等其他游客，中途买蓝田玉，午饭biangbiang面60一份，和跟团差不多，浪费时间……
