亲切度和环境都是不错的 就是不知道为什么我和朋友2间房的浴室木移门都无法关闭 这点需要维修 还有突然有一天早上 客房服务直接开门进入 问她为什么 她说是有客人告诉她说这个房间退房了 很奇怪 不是应该前台通知客房服务才去检查的吗 难道什么人和你们说你们都可以不核实的吗 酒店后来给到我们一盘水果以示歉意 以后管理需要加强 配得上酒店的品牌

酒店位置好，出行交通方便，住的也舒服，如果房间能带浴缸那就更好了！17到20号入住在23楼，23楼整理房间的白班阿姨很热情，服务也很好，26楼名仕酒廊的服务员服务也挺亲切的，有机会再来西安，还会入住贵酒店！
