我的充电头子落在房间了，也没有收到工作人员的回电，点个外卖不让人家上楼，是出于安全考虑但很不方便啊，你们这酒店内部格局这么大走到电梯起码几分钟，来来回回，外面就是大唐芙蓉园和大雁塔走了一路腿都快断了外卖还得自己下去拿，不晓得是要闹哪样，你们不让人家上楼你们工作人员自己可不送干啥，我住过的五星六星还没见过这种要求的
