因为沟通的原因，本人预订的双床房，到店发现留的大床房。平台和酒店都很以人为本，积极协调沟通帮助解决问题，最终免费给升级到套房！早餐不错！虽然小有波折，但平台和酒店解决问题的态度让我很满意！值得信赖的平台，值得入住的酒店！
