很干净 设施除了有些老旧 没有任何问题 性价比超高 出门公交地铁都有 去回民街只要三四站就到了 出门就能看见城墙

西安的酒店跟别处不同，如果有空房间，6点就可以入住了。我们提前去了，没订到前一天的酒店，凌晨就在这家酒店大堂休息了几个小时，值班服务员态度很好，第二天8点多就让我们入住了，押金100。
随后几天都没有要服务员打扫卫生。住到第二天晚上，叫服务员给我换一下毛巾和纯净水。前台叫我自己打电话，房间电话是坏的，我就用自己手机打过去，结果前台说帮我打，最终是没有任何人管我们！
最后一天我留了字条，只要帮我换毛巾清理垃圾桶换纯净水就够了，不用叠被子不要动我东西！等我从外面回来，我的lamer面霜sk2面霜，雅诗兰黛anr眼霜的所有的蘸取棒不见了！并且最开始他们随便找了个客房服务，我和我妈妈出行，半夜是个男人直接进来的！后来找来了他们值班的人员，说打不通那个服务员电话！再后来说服务员电话通了，说服务员没动过我的东西！那是不翼而飞了吗？
第二天我是一大早6点多就退房的，查房退押金花了一点时间。到了上午十一点左右，他们经理给我打电话了，态度较好的道歉，说给我赔几根勺子…还让我把地址给他，当然了他态度那么好，我还是跟他说了，他跟我说他开除了那个员工，我说那不必要吧，但他是那么说的！最后，我什么也没收到
