住了5天。房卡坏了两次。 酒店也不方便。我住2楼。还得从坐电梯上3楼在爬楼梯下2楼。 客房服务也一般。 屋内也没有“请勿打扰”这样的指示牌。每天早上客房服务都能敲门打扰睡眠。 还有一次我在睡觉。 客房服务就直接进来了。 看到客人在床上的时候也不想着赶紧道歉出去。 而是干完手里的活才出去。 前台更是什么都不管。 我出去玩点个外卖。 还需要我自己爬楼梯上3楼在坐电梯下1楼去前台拿。 有这功夫我都吃完了。 前台更是一句“需要您自己下来拿。我们不负责帮您拿上去” 反正住了5天。 没有一天是开开心心的。 在去西安。也坚决不住大秦温泉酒店！！！

住五晚，一开始给了一间又潮湿j又堵水的房间，后来换了一间相对环境比较好的，但很难接受的是温泉酒店居然不包温泉，订房的时候也没有说明，这种服务太差了

我们的房间在二楼，需要坐电梯上三楼再走楼梯下二楼去房间，没有电梯直接到二楼，对于需要搬运行李的旅客不是很友好，其他方面都不错，还有一点遗憾是我们的亲子房是无窗的，略显潮湿。

来到酒店，一进门的前台服务周到，店员热情，负责。这里的保洁阿姨也很体贴。只要在注意下本店装修细节（如：电梯设施，儿童房的地毯卫生，和卫生间等）就完美了。备注：有时间还会光顾哦～🌸 🌸
